BRSD Public Attendance

• All meetings will be held in-person in the school cafeteria.
• Public participants that would like to make a public comment can submit a form at the meeting. 
• Forms must be submitted to Lesley Stonier, Board Secretary, by 7:00PM.

Once participants are recognized by the presiding officer they must...

• State their name, address, and group affiliation, if applicable
•  Each statement made by a participant shall be limited to three (3) minutes' duration.
•  No participant may speak more than once on the same topic unless all others who wish to speak on that topic have been heard.
• All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer; no participant may address or question Board members individually
