📌 How to Make a Shortcut

Need quick access to a file, folder, or website? Follow these steps to create a shortcut on your desktop or taskbar:

For a File or Folder:

Right-click on the file or folder.
Select Create Shortcut (Windows) or Make Alias (Mac).
Move the shortcut to your desktop or preferred location.

For a Website:

Open your browser and go to the website.
Drag the lock icon (next to the URL) onto your desktop.
Alternatively, right-click the desktop, choose New > Shortcut, and enter the website URL.

For an App:

Open the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac).
Find the app, right-click it, and select Create Shortcut (Windows) or Make Alias (Mac).
Drag the shortcut to your desktop or pin it to the taskbar for easy access.

Now you can open your favorite files, folders, and websites with just one click!

Running out of space? Follow these quick steps:

Delete Unneeded Files – Open File Explorer (Win + E), go to Downloads and Documents, and delete old files.
Empty the Recycle Bin – Right-click the Recycle Bin on your desktop and select Empty Recycle Bin.
Use Storage Cleanup – Go to Settings > System > Storage, click Temporary files, check the boxes, and hit Remove files.
Uninstall Unused Apps – Open Settings > Apps, find apps you don’t use, and click Uninstall.
Move Large Files to Google Drive – Upload big files to Google Drive, then delete them from your computer.
