We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding how our district manages student, parent, and staff information within ParentSquare, our primary school communication platform.

Due to a recent change in our data syncing process, all student contacts (parents and guardians) must have an active Sapphire Community Portal account in order to access and receive communications through ParentSquare.

The district will be utilizing ParentSquare to distribute bus information, class lists, schedules, etc for the new upcoming school year. It is vital that you create your Sapphire Parent account now so that you do not miss any of this important information.

If you have a Sapphire Parent account, please go in and make sure that your contact information is up to date.

We understand that platform changes can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your prompt cooperation in helping us maintain secure and efficient communication across our school community.
